Prescription Medications By Michigan law, all prescription sales are final. Once a medication is dispensed and leaves the pharmacy, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Exceptions are only made in cases of a pharmacy error, manufacturer recall, or if the medication arrives damaged.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products Unopened and sealed OTC items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. For health and safety reasons, opened products, test kits, refrigerated items, and personal care goods are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Orders If any product arrives damaged or defective, please do not use it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
